New : Starting August 24, 2021, the online office uses the Office 365 suite.
This FAQ is dedicated to users who were using google Apps for the online office.
This migration represents a strong stake in the strategy of evolution of the information system of TBS, in particular on the educational and collaborative aspects. Indeed, this collaborative work solution allows us to improve the management of group work at TBS Education and to simplify our work environment.
Rest assured that we have studied the market solutions and have taken this decision by measuring all the limits, impacts and contributions for our institution.
The migration has no impact on the connection to Teams and Zoom applications.
You still have access to your Gmail account, but all messages sent to your @tbs-education.org address will be received in your Outlook account.
This change of tool is transparent for your contacts who will continue to use the same address.
Starting August 24th, you will still have access to your Gmail inbox but all messages sent to your @tbs-education.org address will be received on your new Outlook inbox.
Your TBS email address remains the same, so you won't have any problem connecting to the sites for which you used it as a login.
There is no problem to use 2 accounts under Outlook.
You will be able to use your TBS Outlook Online mailbox via the Campus access as you do with Gmail.

If you were used to receiving your tbs-education emails on your phone, with the Office 365 migration the settings change.
By connecting via your phone on outlook.com you will receive a proposal to install an application on your phone.

To do so, use the C@mpus menu by clicking on "Google (Archives)" then "Gmail (Archives)".
You can transfer your Gmail emails to Outlook by forwarding them to yourself. You can find a tutorial here.
You can access your schedule by going to the C@mpus menu and clicking on "My Calendar". If you have accepted the sharing of the course schedule, you should see it displayed.
If you do not see your course schedule, it means that you have not accepted the calendar sharing. This sharing is proposed to you in an email and allows you to have access to the list of your courses.
Contact the helpdesk directly to receive your "TBS Planning" email.
The synchronization time may vary. If the problem persists beyond 24 hours, contact the helpdesk.
The period is 40 weeks at the date of the consultation.
Starting August 24th, you will receive a "TBS - Planning" sharing invitation that you will have to validate to access your agenda on Outook.
Your history will remain on the Google Calendar and you will be able to continue to consult it via the "Google Archives" menu of the Campus portal.
The content of your Google Drive is not transferred to OneDrive.
You will have the choice from August 24th to continue to use the Google Drive via the C@mpus menu " Google (Archives) " or to download the files from your Google Drive to your OneDrive.
You can always access your Google Drive via the C@mpus menu "Google (Archives)" just as you can choose to use your One Drive in addition or as a replacement.
Your access to the Google suite will not be deleted.
You will have the choice from August 24 to continue to use the Google Drive or to transfer your files to OneDrive.
Your TBS account will give you 5TB of storage on your OneDrive for the duration of your education.
